No-Bake Rice Krispies Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

Makes as much as in the video

3 Tbsp butter ?
10 oz mini marshmallows ?
6 cup crispy rice cereal ?
8 oz cream cheese ?
¼ cup granulated sugar ?
¼ cup brown sugar ?
½ Tsp cinnamon ?
¼ Tsp nutmeg ?
½ Tsp vanilla extract ?
1 cup pumpkin puree ?
8 oz whipped topping ?

Crust:

3 Tbsp butter ?
10 oz mini marshmallows ?
6 cup crispy rice cereal ?

Preperation

  1. Melt butter then add the mini marshmallows. Stir in the crispy rice cereal. Butter up a dish (or use cooking spray). Spread the crispy rice cereal mix in the dish and form a crust.
  2. Cheesecake filling: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 8 oz whipped topping
  3. Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together. Add in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add in whipped topping. Spread over the crispy rice crust. Chill for at least two hours.
